Nevertheless, these subjects have not been developed on the part of the different treaty writers, authors and contributors, thus is clear that it deserves the corresponding studies, of such form that causes a greater diffusion and studies on this subject of the compared right, as he is by the way recepcin jurdica and its classes, nevertheless, in the present slo we in broad strokes developed the classes of recepcin mentioned, of such form that are outside present the other subjects of the compared right. Without taking into account the present work parecera that the receptions sera a simple subject that it does not deserve the smaller development, nevertheless, this is not as, because the same offers a series of possibilities, which sern mentioned in the present one soothes to seriously take the present problem and from this form to spread the compared right. Which is vital importance in the development of the Peruvian right, and foreigner, therefore, we hoped to offer to the sufficient lights on the problem matter of analysis and this way to demonstrate that the studied jurdica discipline is quite important and in any case in the Peruvian right has reached little development. Nevertheless, in others pases has not happened, thus in these the same if it has developed significantly, for example in Spain and France, that is to say, the right tambin is social reality, so that this ltima is source of the right or leaves from the same, of such form that without knowing the same cannot be known the right.
